Acting on behalf of CBRE Investment Management, Corran is working to rejuvenate this existing building in the Exchange Business District.
The project will achieve an EPC ‘A’ rating and is targeting a BREEAM accreditation of “outstanding”. 30 Semple Street is the first building in Scotland to achieve a NABERS UK design stage rating.
Planning permission was secured in November 2021 for this project which will see the replacement of the external façade, the addition of two floors and the replacement of all existing MEP.
This will result in a significant environmental performance improvement.
Re-development works commenced in October 2022 with completion scheduled for Q3 2024.
